Consultants | Beth Schaefer

Beth recently joined Brill Neumann as a Vice President and has a decade of experience in conducting searches in human resources, as well as more than 20 years corporate experience in human resources.  At Brill Neumann, she supports the firm’s Principals and other team members by providing strategic recruitment support, research, and candidate development.

Previously, Beth worked as a search consultant with another Boston-area search firm.  In her corporate HR roles, she worked with a variety of companies including Harvard Medical School, Lotus Development, Excite.com, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Time Warner.

Beth is an active member of Boston area HR Associations and local community arts and education groups, and leads fundraising activities for a community athletic group.  She has a B.S. in Business from Providence College and an MBA from Simmons School of Management.
